FAQs

If you have a question about a product, your order or anything else, please take a look at these FAQs, where hopefully I have answered it already. If you can't find the answer, please get in touch via email claire@littleredcraftroom.co.uk or  complete the contact form.

Is there a minimum order quantity or order value ?

Absolutely not! If you want one card - perfect. If you want 10 cards - amazing! 

Is VAT charged?

Prices on the website are inclusive of VAT

What shall I do if payment isn’t accepted?

In the unlikely event that your payment isn't processed, please send me an email or complete the contact me page and we can find an alternative way of taking payment. 

 

Can I change my delivery address once my order is placed?

I'm really happy to change the delivery address for you, providing I haven't already arranged postage for the item. As soon as you realise you'd like to make a change, drop me an email and I will make the necessary changes. 

 

Do I get a discount for bulk quantities?

Depending on the quantities required, there may be the chance to offer a small discount. Please get in touch to discuss your requirements using the contact form  or drop me an email to claire@littleredcraftroom.co.uk

 

Can I order by phone?

Because I want to be certain that your order is exactly what you want, I don't take orders over the phone in case something is misheard or misinterpreted. I would never want you to be disappointed in anything you ordered. 

 

How do I send my requirements for bespoke cards?

I really love to create something special for your special person. Please take a look at my Bespoke page for more details. 

 

How do I contact customer service?

The best way to get in touch is by email claire@littleredcraftroom.co.uk or fill in the contact form. I will always try to get back to you within 24 hours. 

 

Can I return a product?

Please take a look at my shipping and returns policy for further details. 

Can I track my order?

You will receive an email when I dispatch your order to let you know to be on the look out for lovely things! 

I use Royal Mail 1st and 2nd class post as standard and will always obtain proof of postage. If you require a tracked service, this will incur further charges. Please get in touch before placing your order so we can discuss your requirements and the additional cost implications. 

 

Can I cancel my order?

If you decide that you no longer require your order, please get in touch as soon as possible and it may be possible to cancel. If I have already started to make your order, or prepared it for dispatch, then I'm afraid the order will stand. 

 

What if I receive the wrong item?

It's unlikely that you will, but we are all human! If you find that the wrong product has snuck into your parcel, please get in touch as soon as possible after receiving your order and I can send you out the correct item. 

 

What is your returns policy?

Can you prewrite the card and send it directly for me? 

It would be my pleasure. When you have placed your order, pop me an email or complete the contact form and I can write your message and send your card directly to your special person. 

 

Do you have a shop or anywhere I can see your cards?

To keep my costs as low as I can, I only sell directly via my website or social media sites. I want you to be certain of the products you are ordering, so I always describe each card in detail, including card sizes, and provide clear photographs. If you would like further photographs, or pictures of the exact colour you are selecting then drop me a note and I can organise that.
